Actor Aniruddh Dave who is popular for his role as Bhaiya Ji in TV serial Yum Hai Hum, got engaged to Shubhi Ahuja recently. We hear that the two met on the sets of Bandhan and interestingly, Shubhi too is an actress and is seen as Manisha in TV show Hamari Devrani.
Aniruddh and Shubhi were brought together via an arranged alliance and the groom to be stated that he never imagined getting engaged to Shubhi one day. “On the set of Bandhan. we never spoke apart from the scene. Coincidentally her mother knew my parents as they are in education department in Rajasthan . Via some of Shubhi’s relatives in Delhi the conversations initiated and ended in engagement. I got engaged on 13th July. It is strange conicidence that I have done coupel of shows with Siddharth Kumar Tewary and Rahul Kumar Tewary and working on their show only I bumped into my life partner and didn’t even realize it. I guess matches are made in heaven. I am grateful to my producers and they have always given me quality work and value me as an actor”
On being asked on whether Aniruddh would be open to sharing screen space with Shubhi, he said,” I am open to act along with my fiancee Shubhi. I am open for Nach Baliye too”.
